Even though the Los Angeles Rams do not own a first-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, the team will still have eight selections to make on Days 2 and 3.

The Rams have made it well-known they are comfortable trading away high draft picks in exchange for star players and their gamble paid off with a Super Bowl championship. A large reason why they have been so successful is because of their ability to find starters and rotation players at back end of the draft.

Los Angeles already has a talented roster headlined by Matthew Stafford, Aaron Donald, Jalen Ramsey and Cooper Kupp, so they have the luxury of honing in on prospects with clear strengths to complement them.

Since embracing their identity as a star-studded franchise, the Rams have also made it a point to draft in style. Last year, L.A. showed off an impressive draft headquarters based in Malibu and they somehow outdid themselves when general manager Les Snead and head coach Sean McVay showed off a swanky space for the upcoming draft, via their Twitter account:

It is only fitting that the league’s newest glamour team is going to be drafting in a mansion located in Hollywood Hills, but it was even more entertaining to see Snead and McVay lean into some of the jokes the NFL community likes to poke them with.

Snead and McVay are seen in the video quipping about their lack of first-round picks and the former even makes a joke about clearing enough cap space to afford the space.

L.A. will be able to relax on Day 1 when the first round gets underway, but once Days 2 and 3 come they will surely be busy working the phones and finding the next crop of young players to come in and contribute.
