Former Los Angeles Rams star Aaron Donald has become a bit of a mythical creature with the stories people tell about him, although all of them are 100% true.
The latest was Matthew Stafford, his former teammate that won a Super Bowl with the defensive tackle in his first season with the Rams in 2021-22.
Everyone knows how hard Donald works in the weight room, but one Make-A-Wish kid had to learn the hard way. In an appearance on New Heights Show with Jason and Travis Kelce, Stafford told a hilarious story about Donald making the kid throw up during a workout when he was visiting with the team:
Aaron Donald didn’t hold back in the weight room for ANYONE 😂😭😅 pic.twitter.com/zaBUYzO8Px

Even Donald himself got a laugh out of Stafford telling this story:

Donald has a similar reputation to Los Angeles Lakers legend Kobe Bryant when it comes to how hard he worked during his career. Donald was never the biggest defensive tackle, but he was definitely among the strongest and that showed up on tape every Sunday.
The kid that Donald made throw up is Kyle Frazier, who beat cancer and is now playing at Georgia Southern. The offensive lineman is a two-time All-SIAC Second Team selection, and there’s no doubt that interaction with Donald played a role in getting him to this point after beating cancer.
Sean McVay drunkenly tried to recruit Aaron Donald back to Rams
Aaron Donald is happily retired and even though the Rams fully respect that, Sean McVay recently recalled trying to recruit the defensive tackle back to the team in the middle of last season when he was drunk at his son’s birthday party.
McVay likely isn’t the only one in the Rams organization that had that thought, but unfortunately he is happily retired with no aspirations of coming back.
