The Los Angeles Rams are ready to begin a new era in 2020 as they get set to open the brand new, state-of-the-art SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.

Unfortunately, the Rams’ first season in their new home will come without fans due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that could even put the season as a whole in jeopardy.

That doesn’t change how beautiful the stadium is though as Rams owner Stan Kroenke pulled out all of the stops to build the best new sports and entertainment venue in the world.

Rams quarterback Jared Goff recently got the chance to see SoFi Stadium for the first time as it nears his completion, getting a behind the scenes tour of where he will be playing for a majority of his career, via the Rams’ official Twitter account:

Can confirm @SoFiStadium is amazing 😂

Everyone that has toured SoFi Stadium this offseason has come away with the same reaction, marveling at the potential of L.A.’s newest stadium.

With the cancellation of the preseason, the Rams will open up their new home in front of a national TV audience when they host the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football in Week 1.

The coronavirus pandemic is still very prevalent all across the country though, so the Rams and the rest of the league still need to get through training camp without an outbreak for a 2020 season to be possible.

Either way though, the future possibilities of SoFi Stadium are endless with some of the world’s biggest events like the Super Bowl, College Football Playoff, Final Four, Wrestlemania and the Olympics all scheduled to take place there in the coming years.
