The Los Angeles Rams return to Southern California dominated the headlines prior to the 2016 NFL season. Although their homecoming was welcomed with open arms by dormant football fans residing in the city, their performance fell vastly short of expectations as they finished with a 4-12 record.
However, as with anything in Los Angeles, the glitz and glamor of the city managed to sink its teeth into the new home team. After being featured on HBO’s Hard Knocks, fans will be able to get another inside look at the team’s campaign with the second season of Amazon Prime’s All or Nothing: A Season with the Los Angeles Rams:
There is certainly no shortage of material on the team’s first season back in Los Angeles. Shortly after packing their bags and heading west, Los Angeles traded the farm in exchange for the first overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. The selection of Jared Goff, their disastrous season, and the firing of head coach Jeff Fisher made for some interesting discussion regarding the future of this franchise.
According to Conrad Briggs, Head of Unscripted at Amazon Originals, these among other factors are what makes Season 2 of All or Nothing so intriguing:
“All or Nothing brings Amazon Prime members a deep dive into the lives of professional athletes,” said Conrad Riggs, Head of Unscripted at Amazon Originals. “We are excited to highlight the L.A. Rams in Season 2, a team with a compelling story of relocation, rebuilding and reuniting with the city they once again call home.”
Last year’s premiere season of All or Nothing showcased the Arizona Cardinals in which they went 13-3 and culminated with a loss in the NFC Championship Game to the Seattle Seahawks. Needless to say, it will be tough for the Rams to top.
Season 2 of All or Nothing will premiere exclusively for Amazon Prime members on June 30th.
