Rams Rumors: Ndamukong Suh ‘Inrigued’ With Playing Alongside Aaron Donald, Michael Brockers

The Los Angeles Rams have spent much of the first few weeks of the offseason retooling their defensive unit to make a stronger presence in the 2018 campaign. It has seen them already acquire two All-Pro talents at cornerback in Marcus Peters and Aqib Talib.

Los Angeles could be poised to another piece to the puzzle on that side of the ball with Pro Bowl defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh visiting and dining with the team on Tuesday. According to Jordan Schultz of Yahoo Sports, Suh is intrigued by the idea of potentially playing alongside fellow defensive tackles Aaron Donald and Michael Brocker

Although all three play at the same position, there is clearly a way for them to coexist with each other on the field. The possible duo of Donald, who is the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year, and Suh could make potentially make up the best tandem up the middle in the entire league.

Suh is still one of the top players in the league at his position heading into his ninth season. He has a strong resume to back up that notion with five Pro Bowl selections, four First-Team All-Pro nods, and two Second-Team All-Pro selections. Suh may have experienced a drop in production last season, but there is no real cause for concern that he can’t continue to perform at an elite level.

Los Angeles could become a serious suitor to land Suh given what they offer aside from money. The front office has constructed a team that has the potential be a major powerhouse in the NFL for the next several seasons behind their young core on both sides of the ball. This could also present an opportunity for him to be a major part of the puzzle in what could become one of the most dynamic defenses next season.

Ultimately, only time will tell if Suh has any real interest in joining the fry to help be a part of something that could be quite special.
