The Los Angeles Rams made a splash to bolster their wide receivers corps last offseason with the signing of Allen Robinson to a three-year, $46.5 million contract.
Robinson was coming off a down year with the Chicago Bears that saw him catch just 38 passes for 410 yards and one touchdown — all career lows, excluding the 2017 season when he only appeared in one game.
Unfortunately for the nine-year veteran out of Penn State, his struggles continued in his first season with the Rams. He hauled in only 33 passes for 339 touchdowns and three touchdowns across 10 games before undergoing season-ending foot surgery after a Week 12 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
As the Rams’ roster undergoes significant changes, the team reportedly has granted Robinson permission to seek a trade and is willing to pay a portion of his guaranteed salary, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network:

Coming off back-to-back disappointing seasons and a significant foot injury, Robinson likely won’t have a strong market, which is why the Rams are open to paying some of his guaranteed salary in a potential trade.
If and when Robinson is removed from the Rams roster, it would mark the latest high-profile departure this offseason. To this point, L.A. has parted ways with veteran linebacker Bobby Wagner, who was one of the only bright spots on defense last year.
The Rams are also trying to find new homes for Jalen Ramsey and Leonard Floyd via trade. The aforementioned moves are necessary in order for the team to get under the salary cap. As of Monday, they were roughly $10 million over the cap.

As Ramsey faces an uncertain future with the Rams, he said it was a dream come true to share the field with Wagner this past season.
While Wagner is now a free agent and can choose his next team, the Detroit Lions and Las Vegas Raiders are believed to be interested in acquiring Ramsey.
