After their dominant victory over the Arizona Cardinals to end the regular season, the focus of the Los Angeles Rams now turns to the postseason as they look to make a run through the NFC and back to the Super Bowl. Of course, the most important thing for every team is health and Sean McVay and the Rams have had some concerns over the past few weeks.

Most notably, star wide receiver Davante Adams has missed the last three games with a hamstring issue. Even with those absences, Adams still led the entire NFL in receiving touchdowns this season with 14 and he has helped make the Rams offense one of the best in the league.

Additionally, last week the Rams also opened the return window for safety Quentin Lake, who was placed on injured reserve with an elbow issue in Week 11. The hope was that both Adams and Lake would be ready to return for the Rams in the playoffs and that still looks to be the case, according to Stu Jackson of theRams.com:

Those returns would boost the Rams significantly on both sides of the ball. Adams and Puka Nacua formed arguably the best receiving duo in the league this season, while Lake will help to fortify the secondary alongside Kamren Curl, Emmanuel Forbes and Cobie Durant.

Those aren’t the only injury concerns for the Rams however as offensive lineman Kevin Dotson (ankle) and rookie tight end Terrance Ferguson (hamstring) both sat out the regular season finale as well. McVay did offer an update on them as well:

Dotson has been locked in at right guard all season long, so to potentially not have him for the postseason would be a rough blow. Meanwhile, Ferguson has been important to the Rams’ multi-tight end approach alongside Colby Parkinson, Tyler Higbee and Davis Allen and had scored a touchdown in each of the last two games he has played.

All four of these players will be watched closely in practice this week and hopefully they will all be able to suit up and help the Rams on this road to the Super Bowl.

Rams secure 5-seed, set for rematch with Panthers in Wild Card Weekend

With their victory in Week 18, the Rams secured the 5-seed in the NFC and will hit the road to take on the NFC South champion Carolina Panthers in Wild Card Weekend. This will be a chance for revenge as the Rams suffered a disappointing 31-28 loss in Carolina in Week 13
