SoFi Stadium felt like it stood still in the waning moments of Super Bowl LVI where Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals had a shot to tie or win the game.
The stadium watched as the snap unfolded, and in the blink of an eye, Aaron Donald crashed the Bengals’ offensive line to pressure Burrow into an incomplete pass. As soon as the ball hit the ground, the crowd erupted and the Los Angeles Rams would claim their first Super Bowl title in Los Angeles.
Donald celebrated with his teammates, pointing at his ring finger as a clear gesture that he wanted his Super Bowl jewelry. The clip made the rounds on social media and after months of waiting, Donald and the rest of the Rams will finally get the championship ring they earned as the team has scheduled a ring ceremony, via Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic:
The Rams are getting their Super Bowl rings tomorrow in a private ceremony (closed to non-team media and public), ahead of their arrival at 2022 training camp in Irvine over the weekend.

This is going to be a special occasion for the players and team personnel as the organization looks to commemorate a thrilling year filled with plenty of ups and downs. The Rams were criticized nearly at every turn for their all-in approach, but they proved any doubters wrong and get to finally celebrate their historic accomplishment.
The Super Bowl LVI rings also have a nice personal touch to them as players like Donald, Jalen Ramsey, Von Miller and Odell Beckham Jr. had a say in their design. It’ll be exciting to see what the rings look like and it should be a good way to kick off training camp and preseason.
