The Los Angeles Rams put on their most complete performance of the 2017 NFL season as they dismantled the Seattle Seahawks on the road, 42-7. After losing a back-and-forth game against the Philadelphia Eagles the prior week, the Rams were able to bounce back and dominate the Seahawks at all three phases of the game.
While Aaron Donald terrorized Seattle’s offensive line, Todd Gurley had himself a day as he exploded for 152 rushing yards and scored four touchdowns. Gurley was able to find room to operate on the ground and even did some of his damage through the air.
According to the Rams, the running back was awarded the NFL’s NFC Offensive Player of the Week award:
4️⃣ TDs = NFC Offensive Player of the Week.
Congrats, @TG3II! 👏

Gurley was previously named the NFC Player of the Month for September and has continued his excellent run during the year. After struggling during the 2016 NFL season, the Georgia product has turned himself into a legitimate MVP candidate given how much he does for Los Angeles’ offense.
With the win, the Rams have all but assured themselves the NFC West crown and a real shot at a deep postseason run. With a win against the Tennessee Titans in Week 16, they can officially clinch their division.
