UPDATE 9/5/16 (2:54 PM PT): According to Adam Caplan of ESPN, the Rams have filled in the final three spots on their practice squad:

The trimming of the Los Angeles Rams roster down to 53 players led to plenty of disappointment for a number of players on the team. For those let go, however, there was always a possibility of re-joining the team on its practice squad.
Each team is allowed to carry up to 10 practice squad players and according Myles Simmons of Rams.com, the Rams have added seven players so far, including running backs Aaron Green and Terrence Magee:

Both Green and Magee showed flashes of potential during the preseason, but with Todd Gurley entrenched as the starter and Bennie Cunningham set to take the majority of backup carries, the Rams decided to keep roster spots elsewhere.
The Rams now only have a week remaining until they open up the season on the road against the division rival San Francisco 49ers. They will then host the Seattle Seahawks in their home opener back in Los Angeles.
The Rams still have three spots remaining on their practice squad if they plan on adding any other players to the roster.
