The Los Angeles Rams appear to be a legitimate threat in the NFC West after winning a hard-fought game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 6. The Rams’ defense and special teams units carried the team all afternoon, while the offense was able to move the chains enough to keep Blake Bortles and the rest of the Jaguars’ offense off the field.

Heading into Week 7, Los Angeles sits at 4-2 and atop the division. However, they will travel to London to face off against the Arizona Cardinals in what should be an exciting matchup.

According to Gary Klein of Los Angeles Times, Nickell Robey-Coleman is not scared of facing off against Adrian Peterson:

Adrian Peterson is not Adrian Peterson in 2008, 2009,” Robey said after Sunday’s win, via the Los Angeles Times. “He’s not the same Adrian Peterson, and I think everybody knows that.”

The Cardinals acquired Peterson from the New Orleans Saints after it was clear the running back was not a good fit for a pass-heavy Saints offense. The running back proved he still had plenty in the tank, however, after he dominated the ground attack in Arizona’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Peterson and the rest of the Cardinals’ offense will be a tough test for the Rams given Los Angeles’ troubles stopping the run. For the Rams, a win against another division rival would make further validate their claim as the NFL’s newest up-and-coming team.
