As is normally the case, Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay’s coaching staff will likely undergo some remodeling this offseason.
That is not necessarily by choice though as McVay said after the season that he was happy with his staff and everyone is welcome back for the 2024 season.
When coaching on the Rams under McVay though, guys are always in line for bigger positions elsewhere. McVay has seen countless coordinators and coaches depart for better positions in other organizations over the years, and after the unexpected playoff season the Rams had in 2023, their coaches are unsurprisingly in high demand.
The biggest name the Rams could lose is defensive coordinator Raheem Morris, who is interviewing for various head coaching jobs across the league. The Rams also have already lost respected defensive line coach Eric Henderson, who is moving on to USC in a co-defensive coordinator role.
It appears some other Rams coaches are in the mix for positions elsewhere too as pass game coordinator and quarterbacks coach Zac Robinson and tight ends coach Nick Caley are set to interview for the New England Patriots offensive coordinator opening, via Albert Breer of the Monday Morning Quarterback:
Sources: Patriots coach Jerod Mayo will interview Rams assistants Nick Caley and Zac Robinson for New England's OC job this week. Caley interviews tomorrow, Robinson interviews on Tuesday.
Caley coached in New England from 2015-22. Robinson played for the Patriots in 2010.

Robinson played for the Patriots back in 2010 and has been with the Rams since 2019, when he began his coaching career. That is a lot of time to learn under McVay working with the team’s quarterbacks and offense, so it’s not surprising that Robinson is a hot commodity this offseason.
He is also interviewing for some of the other offensive coordinator openings across the league as well:

Caley is also very familiar with the Patriots organization as he worked there from 2015-22 before coming over to the Rams as a tight ends coach last offseason.
With the Patriots interviewing both Robinson and Caley, perhaps they are looking to bring both in to revamp their offense under new head coach Jerod Mayo.
Rams general manager Les Snead endorses Raheem Morris for head coaching positions
While you never want to have to replace good coaches, it’s clear that the Rams are pulling for their guys to get some of these openings across the league. Rams general manager Les Snead is among those that was to see Morris get a head coaching opportunity, endorsing the defensive coordinator at his end-of-the-year press conference.
