While the Los Angeles Rams front office continues to address the roster needs this offseason, new members of the coaching staff are preparing to keep up with Sean McVay.

McVay has taken the NFL by storm as one of their brightest and most innovative head coaches over the last two years after leading the team’s resurgence on offense. His success has even resulted in the rest of the league looking for coaches that fit a similar mold to the Rams.

Of course, this has resulted in plenty of turnover in his coaching staff since then. Fortunately, it appears his new members are quickly getting acclimated.

According to Clarence Dennis of the team’s official website, Eric Henderson admits it is easy to feed off of McVay’s energy:

“The energy around here is phenomenal and it’s contagious,” Henderson said a few weeks after moving just north L.A. “When you walk into this building, I’m telling you there is a different feeling and to be a part of something like that and bring the energy that I already have, I think it’s just a great mesh and I’m excited about that.”

Henderson spent two seasons with the Los Angeles Chargers before heading across town to join the Rams. It is clear that he has already started to notice the difference in the team’s culture.

Henderson’s comments have been echoed by coaches and players alike. Although many have considered McVay a genius when it comes to football, it is his charisma that has seemingly separated him from other coaches in the NFL.

Despite McVay’s success in recent years, his game plan in the Super Bowl left much to be desired after the Rams’ offense was essentially shut out. He will still have much to prove as he attempts to once again get his coaching staff assimilated this offseason.
