There are few things as consuming as anticipation. Sometimes, the anticipation of a new day or a new item can slowly become the only thing one might think about.

For Los Angeles Rams fans, anticipation around the team is at a fever pitch. Although the expectation of a Super Bowl appearance might dominate every fans headspace, the Rams have more hardware in their future than trophies. The opening of Los Angeles Stadium at Hollywood Park creeps closer and closer everyday.

In a recent interview with ESPN Los Angeles, Rams COO Kevin Demoff says that the stadium is nearly completed:

"Progress is made each day, we are probably two-thirds maybe 70% of the way there."

Although the Rams will not play there for one more year, it is exciting to hear that construction is nearly complete. Rams rookies recently had a chance to visit their soon-to-be new home.

Los Angeles Stadium and Hollywood Park are set to be some of the most entertaining and inviting locations in all of Los Angeles. Of course the stadium will be the main attraction, but Hollywood Park will have numerous amenities to attract non-football fans. A small music venue, hotels, and restaurants will be some of the surrounding features.

The stadium’s construction may also have influenced the International Olympic Committee’s decision to select Los Angeles as the host city for the 2028 Olympics. L.A. was previously told that they would not be hosting the Olympics, but in September of last year things changed. After last minute re-campaigning, Los Angeles was approved and the Rams’ stadium will likely be a key site for the international showcase.

Although little financial information is available, fans can order premium seating options for Rams and Los Angeles Chargers games, as both teams will share the arena during their time in the city. Ticket prices are not yet set according to the stadium website, but those interested in premium tickets will be given a price breakdown ahead of the public.

The group behind the Los Angeles Stadium has been very open with the project. Updates on their website are made regularly and a 4K stream of construction is available daily.
