It has not been a normal week for the Los Angeles Rams ahead of their Week 7 matchup with the New York Giants, as instead of flying home after their Week 6 loss to the Detroit Lions the Rams flew directly to England.
That is because their game against the Giants will be played at Twickenham Stadium in south west London, one of just three NFL games in England this season.
With the time difference in England, which is eight hours ahead of Pacific standard time, the game Sunday will start at 2:30 p.m. local time, which is 6:30 a.m. Pacific.
While it could be difficult playing somewhere with a completely different time zone, Rams head coach Jeff Fisher said his team has adjusted well in their first couple days there, via Myles Simmons of therams.com:
Fisher says players have done a good job of adjusting to the time zone. At this point, not too concerned about kickoff time for the team.

Playing overseas is something that is not new to the Rams, as they played the New England Patriots at Wembley Stadium in London in 2012, although the Patriots won the game 45-7.
They were also supposed to play games in London in 2013 and 2014, but ended up opting out of the deal after the loss to the Patriots.
The Rams will again play overseas at some point in the 2017 season, although the stadium, date and opponent have yet to be determined.
Los Angeles is on a two-game losing streak going into Sunday’s game, as they currently sit at 3-3 which is second in the NFC West behind only the Seattle Seahawks.
