After a rollercoaster of a season, the Los Angeles Rams came out on top to win Super Bowl LVI with Cooper Kupp taking home the MVP trophy to cap off his historic season.

It was a thrilling matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals, but the Rams ultimately made plays on both sides of the field to secure the Lombardi Trophy. The win validated their aggressive team-building methodology but also put them in the same rarefied championship air as the other sports teams in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles Lakers are the literal gold standard when it comes to winning titles, and players like Aaron Donald and Matthew Stafford have already made appearances courtside following their run. By coincidence, the two times the Lakers have won at Crypto.com Arena recently have been when a Rams player was in attendance and Cooper Kupp let it be known he would like to be there next:

Rams sitting courtside for the Lakeshow seems to be working…

I'm ready, if needed, to take one for the team too. 😂 https://t.co/mUYOrba23z

LeBron James made sure to put on a show when Donald and Stafford were at the game, and Kupp noted that anyone would be lucky to watch the King in person:

I mean, who doesn't want to watch @KingJames in action?? https://t.co/wY2Yigqlyp

Unlike the Rams, the Lakers are having a rough go of a season as they have dealt with a lackluster roster and untimely injuries to players like Anthony Davis. However, the team has funnily enough played some of its best basketball when a Ram was along the sidelines so maybe having Kupp in the building is not such a bad idea.

Should Kupp ever make an appearance, it would need to come soon as the Lakers only have six home games remaining on their schedule. It would be fun to see the wideout cheering on the Purple and Gold and hopefully he does get his chance to go.
