The Miami Dolphins officially made the decision to release All-Pro defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. It has placed him on the open market with the opportunity to sign with any team he chooses.
One of the franchises that have reportedly already expressed interest in him has been the Los Angeles Rams. Meanwhile, Pro Bowl cornerback Aqib Talib solidified that notion after saying that he wants Suh to join him in Los Angeles next season, according to Mike Klis of 9news.

The 31-year-old is still one of the league’s top defensive tackles and has shown to be a game-changing factor along the line of scrimmage. He has a proven track record earning five Pro Bowl selections, four First-Team All-Pro nods, and two Second-Team All-Pro selections. His presence on the Rams let alone any team would make a significant impact on the field.
Los Angeles could be quite an interesting landing spot for him given that he would have the chance to play alongside the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year in Aaron Donald, who is widely regarded as one of the best players in the league regardless of position. This duo would cause havoc on a daily basis both against the rush and pass as each would nearly require a double-team effort limit their effectiveness.
Keep in mind, the Rams have beefed up their secondary with the additions of Talib and All-Pro cornerback Marcus Peters along with retaining both safety Lamarcus Joyner and cornerback Nickell Robey-Coleman. That said, this unit has the potential to be one of the best in the league next season.
However, the Rams will have plenty of competition for Suh as both the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots are expected to be in on him in free agency. All of this should lead to an intense bidding war for his services for next season and beyond.
