The Los Angeles Rams are in good shape heading into the 2022 season after another successful offseason period.

The Rams locked up core players in Aaron Donald, Cooper Kupp and Matthew Stafford to lucrative extensions, while also bringing in experienced veterans Bobby Wagner and Allen Robinson to help them defend their Super Bowl title. The roster looks as formidable as ever, giving them a great shot to repeat as champions though the road to get there will be arduous.

With OTAs behind them, Los Angeles can now begin to look forward to training camp and fans now know when each team will reporting, via Tom Pelissero of NFL Network:

The Rams could have opted to begin training camp as early as July 18, but because of their extended playoff run and their Week 1 matchup on Thursday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills, the organization decided to give the players and staff a few extra days of rest before ramping back up.

Los Angeles will host their training camp at UC Irvine as they normally have, giving fans an opportunity to see the team in action before the 2022 season kicks off.

As for the rest of the training camp schedule, the Las Vegas Raiders will be the first team to report on July 18. Shortly after, the Los Angeles Chargers, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants and New York Jets will report the next day on July 19.
