Rams Full Schedule For 2023 NFL Season
Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

The Los Angeles Rams will be an interesting squad to watch during the 2023 season as they’re bringing back core pieces like Matthew Stafford, Cooper Kupp and Aaron Donald as well as head coach Sean McVay. But the roster as a whole is filled with young and inexperienced talent missing some key veterans of the last few seasons.

The offense is fortunate to have some continuity at key positions, but the same can’t be said for the defense as they’ll feature plenty of second-year returners and rookies around Donald. With that in mind, the Rams may find it difficult to win many games next season though it should still be considered an important year in regards to foundation building and player development.

Regardless, this time of the offseason is exciting as the NFL has been teasing certain marquee matchups. As is the case every year, there are a few leaks that make it out before the official schedule is released.

For Los Angeles, they’ve been building anticipation and they finally dropped their full schedule for the 2023 season.

By virtue of finishing in third place in the NFC West, the Rams were afforded a much easier schedule compared to their 2022 list of opponents. Fans should note that this year, outside of their regular divisional games, they’ll be matching up against teams from the NFC East and AFC North to fill out the remainder of their schedule.

The first game of the year features a rivalry match between the Seattle Seahawks and Rams at Lumen Field. The divisional games don’t stop there, though, as Los Angeles will have its home opener at SoFi Stadium in Week 2 against the San Francisco 49ers.

The Rams appear on primetime twice throughout the year, with the first one coming in Week 3 with a Super Bowl LVI rematch against the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night Football. The second game comes in Week 16 against the New Orleans Saints on Thursday Night Football.

Another noteworthy game comes in Week 5 as the Rams will play host to the defending NFC Champions the Philadelphia Eagles who have an excellent shot at making their way back to the Super Bowl. Los Angeles then has several games in between the Eagles and their Week 10 bye that will feature the Arizona Cardinals, Pittsburgh Steelers, Dallas Cowboys and Green Bay Packers.

The second half of the schedule will feature the remainder of their divisional games, with their final game set for either Jan. 6 or 7 against the 49ers at Levi Stadium.

Here is a look at the Rams’ full schedule:
