The 2026 NFL Draft is just one week away and, unlike prior years, the Los Angeles Rams are primed with a first-round pick as they continue to build out their roster in hopes of making another run to the Super Bowl.

And the Rams are ready to go as they dropped a hilarious draft day video on social media in the theme of the classic movie “Friday” featuring O’Shea Jackson Jr. and Destin Tucker, the sons of Ice Cube and Chris Tucker who starred in the movie, as well as other celebrities and Rams players, including Kevin Dotson, Jared Verse and Byron Young:

We got the Draft soon… we got s*** to do! pic.twitter.com/2nQuFBR9bW

This video had everything you could want in a parody of “Friday” with throwbacks and mentions to the original and hilarious cameos. Jackson is a well-known Rams fan, so getting him and Tucker just makes sense. Terry Crews playing the role of bully Deebo is excellent and he was legitimately selected by the Rams in the 11th round of the 1991 NFL Draft. Verse and Young were also great as his henchmen with Verse’s extra antics especially hilarious.

Dotson playing the role of Big Worm was also an excellent choice and rapper YG, who hails from Compton, CA, made a great cameo as the annoying neighbor Stanley.

Of course, the question now is what will the Rams do with that first round pick at number 13 overall. Most are projecting the Rams to take a wide receiver, which makes a ton of sense. The Rams’ depth at the position is lacking a bit after Puka Nacua and Davante Adams and with the latter set for his 13th season and being a free agent after this year, getting another weapon could be a priority.

There is also belief that the team could be looking at inside linebacker with one of their early round picks and the Rams could always continue to target the secondary, even after trading for Trent McDuffie and signing Jaylen Watson this offseason.

Rams announce number for Trent McDuffie

The Rams’ big offseason addition has been cornerback Trent McDuffie, who the team announced will wear jersey No. 22. That means Blake Corum will need to make a change, and he appears to be taking No. 24 in order to accommodate his new teammate. McDuffie wore No. 22 while he was with the Kansas City Chiefs.
