The 2021 NFL season is just around the corner, and Wednesday marked a significant day across the league with the complete schedule being released.
A big change in 2021 is that the NFL is moving to 17 games as opposed to 16, with the preseason going down from the usual four games to three.
The Los Angeles Rams’ 17th scheduled opponent became the Baltimore Ravens due to this new rule. L.A. is kicking off its 2021 season by hosting the Chicago Bears on Sunday Night Football though in what will be the first real game with fans in attendance at SoFi Stadium.
Here is the Rams’ full 2021 schedule, which includes five primetime games:

To kick things off, the Rams will be facing three West Coast teams in the preseason in the Los Angeles Chargers, Las Vegas Raiders and Denver Broncos.
L.A.’s first big matchup of the season will come against the defending Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3, followed by their first division game against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 4.
Week 7 will mark Jared Goff’s return to SoFi Stadium with the Rams hosting the Detroit Lions, which also is when Matthew Stafford will be facing his former team for the first time.
The Rams’ bye week won’t come until Week 11 and is then followed by a rematch against the Green Bay Packers, who eliminated them from postseason contention a year ago.
