Any team in the NFL that has interest in making a trade this season has until tomorrow at 5 p.m. EST in order to get a deal done. The buzzer will sound on the NFL trade deadline on Tues. Oct. 29 with the Oakland Raiders potentially considering a trade to send veteran running back Darren McFadden elsewhere.

After McFadden had arguably his best game in years against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, McFadden’s trade value may have increased and may never be higher. With that being said, if the team is considering trading McFadden, now is the time.

According to Jason La Canfora of CBSSports.com, McFadden may be on the trading block and moved by tomorrow’s deadline:

The Cardinals shopped running back Ryan Williams, who has battled injuries, earlier this season and he could be had as well, sources said, while the Raiders might part with Darren McFadden, a former first-round pick in the final year of his deal as well, sources said. But, again, there has not been much of a market for running backs to this point.

It’s no secret that McFadden hasn’t lived up to expectations so far this season. McFadden’s deal will expire at season’s end with the team potentially leaning in the direction of letting him walk in free agency. The former first round draft pick let it be known that he wants to prove himself this season, but despite the touchdown total, four rushing and one passing, McFadden has been a disappointment.

The Dallas Cowboys may end up being the team willing to take a chance on McFadden. Owner Jerry Jones has been a fan of McFadden ever since his Arkansas days and the team is no longer committed to DeMarco Murray as their feature back moving forward.

Along with McFadden, there’s plenty of other notable players around the league that might also be on the move before the deadline. Maurice Jones-Drew (Jacksonville Jaguars), Josh Gordon (Cleveland Browns), Jared Allen (Minnesota Vikings) Mikel Leshoure (Detroit Lions) and Mark Ingram (New Orleans Saints) are also rumored to be on the move.
