After much speculation, it was announced earlier on Thursday that the Oakland Raiders will play the Miami Dolphins at Wembley Stadium next season. While the dates have not been set for the game, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell has already discussed bringing the league to Europe on a permanent basis. Not only would Goodell like to expand to Europe, but he would also like to bring the NFL back to Los Angeles.
While the Raiders are a candidate to move to Los Angeles and London will be an exciting experience for the franchise next season, games still need to be played. After a bye week where players were able to get much needed rest , the Raiders look to capitalize at home with a win against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
One player who didn’t get rest was Terrelle Pryor, who believes he’s made progress during the team’s bye week. During the week, Pryor worked with quarterback guru, Tom House and watched game film to improve his weaknesses. After the worst performance of his young career against the Chiefs two weeks ago, Pryor looks to redeem himself as he hopes to lead the Raiders to a 3-4 record and keep their playoff hopes alive.
