Two weeks after suffering a sprained MCL against the Philadelphia Eagles, Raider quarterback Terrelle Pryor will be out this weekend against the Houston Texans. Rookie quarterback Matt McGloin will be taking over and making his first career start on Sunday. The Raiders will also be without running back Darren McFadden for the second straight week.

McGloin will be playing in just his second career game, after Pryor was taken out in the fourth quarter against the Eagles. He finished with 87 yards on 7-15 passing in a couple series for the Raiders. The rookie will be going up against the top-ranked passing defense this week and is looking to reverse the Raiders’ two-game losing streak.

Rashad Jennings will once again be starting at running back and the Raiders will have tackle Tony Pashos available this week on the offensive line. The Texans are currently on a seven-game losing streak and will be looking for their first win since Week 2.

The Raiders will have a tough task with McGloin at the helm but will also be going against a young quarterback in Case Keenum of the Texans.
