After head coach Andy Reid was hired by the Kansas City Chiefs on Friday, six teams remain actively searching for the right man to call the shots from the sidelines in 2013. With plenty of big-name candidates still available on the open market, the rest of the six teams are scrambling to hire the best of the rest.
The Chicago Bears, Philadelphia Eagles, San Diego Chargers, Arizona Cardinals, Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns are the six teams left searching for new head coaches and one of those teams might be crossed off the list very soon.

NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport reported Friday that University of Oregon coach Chip Kelly is close to a deal to become the Browns’ next head coach, according to a source informed of his situation.
The details of Kelly’s potential deal with the Browns has yet to be released with talk ongoing. Kelly is arguably the most sought after head coach available with Reid officially off the table.
In the four years that Kelly has coached the Ducks, the 49-year-old has only lost seven games with an impressive record of 46-7. Kelly’s Bowl record isn’t all that impressive at 2-2, but there’s no question he’s been one of the best head coaches in college football ever since taking over for Mike Bellotti back in 2009.
It has been rumored for quite some time that Kelly was ready to make the jump to the NFL with plenty of teams showing interest over the past few years, but the Ducks head coach has been reluctant to make the move until now. Kelly has also been linked to the Bills, but it appears that Browns are the frontrunner moving forward.
