Los Angeles Rams star Aaron Donald is known to be one of the most feared defensive players in the league, and with good reason as he has six Pro Bowls, five All-Pros and two Defensive Players of the Year awards to his name in just six NFL seasons.

As Donald gets set to enter his seventh season, he is still just 29 years of age and in his physical prime so should be primed for another big year. He was recently named the No. 1 player in the NFL by Pro Football Focus going into the 2020 season.

Maintaining that status takes a ton of hard work, which luckily, Donald is not afraid to put in. His work in the gym both during the season and in the offseason is well-documented, but it appears Donald is set to give the fans even more insight into his daily workouts.

Donald recently announced that he has started his own YouTube channel, and in his first video, he is shown working out with his Rams teammates at the Sports Academy:

With so many changes to the Rams roster this offseason, the onus will fall on Donald to lead a defense that lost key players such as Dante Fowler Jr., Cory Littleton, Eric Weddle, Clay Matthews and Nickell Robey-Coleman.

New Rams defensive coordinator Brandon Staley says his new scheme should actually take some pressure off Donald though and get him more one-on-one opportunities that he thrives in.

Donald must be happy to hear that, and judging by the video he posted, it seems he is excited and eager to get back out on the field for the 2020 season.
