The 2026 NFL season is set to be a major one for the Los Angeles Rams as the franchise is focused on capturing another Super Bowl championship. And the team will have a slightly new look on the field as they look to accomplish that goal as the Rams took to social media to reveal a new logo and jerseys for the upcoming year:

The new look isn’t all too different from the Rams’ previous one which debuted only six years ago. But this update represents a progression designed to elevate and modernize the Rams look, while staying true to its core identity.

“As we look ahead to the next decade of Rams football in LA, this refresh is about sharpening what already defines us,” said Kathryn Kai-ling Frederick, Rams Chief Marketing Officer on theRams.com. “It’s a modern refinement—elevating our identity with clarity and purpose while carrying our history forward, and matching the toughness, precision and competitiveness of our team.”

Overall, the purpose of this Rams rebrand is to have a cleaner and more refined presentation. The L.A. monogram logo has been simplified, switching from a gradient coloring to a solid one, something that was influenced by partner and fan feedback. Additionally, the Rams head logo has been enhanced with a bolder, more fierce expression with a sharper point on the horn itself.

The uniforms themselves are also cleaner, bolder and more streamlined with the team set to reveal two more uniforms this summer. The new uniform system incorporates subtle, heritage-inspired elements that honor the franchise’s legacy while maintaining a modern, forward-looking identity.

Rams coach Sean McVay compares Trent McDuffie acquisition to Jalen Ramsey

The new logos and uniforms won’t matter as much if the players wearing them don’t perform on the field and the Rams made a major acquisition in acquiring All-Pro cornerback Trent McDuffie from the Kansas City Chiefs. This isn’t the first time the Rams have made a move like this as a few years ago the team traded for another All-Pro corner in Jalen Ramsey, who ultimately helped them win the Super Bowl in 2022.

Head coach Sean McVay sees the similarities as well, in the potential impact McDuffie can have on this Rams team.
