The Los Angeles Rams have become well-known around the NFL for its organizational stability and practices since head coach Sean McVay joined the franchise.

Not only does McVay assemble talented coaching staffs every year, but the organization itself is full of executives and personnel that are making a name for themselves in league circles. For example, former director of scouting strategy James Gladstone agreed to become the new general manager for the Jacksonville Jaguars earlier this offseason and he started his tenure off with a bang when he traded up in the 2025 NFL Draft for Travis Hunter.

Los Angeles has become a popular destination for coaches and executives alike as being around the franchise has helped individuals find success later in their careers. General manager Les Snead and McVay deserve a lot of credit for how they’ve created such a well-organized and self-sufficient ecosystem between the coaching staff and the front office.

With Gladstone no longer with the Rams, they have room to add more executives to their front office and it seems they landed another strong hire in former Tennessee Titans assistant general manager Anthony Robinson, via Jeremy Fowler of ESPN:

Robinson spent 15 years in #Falcons personnel before joining Tennessee in 2023 as part of then-GM Ran Carthon's staff.

Robinson was let go earlier this offseason alongside former Titans general manager Ran Carthon but brings nearly two decades of experience as an executive. Robinson got his start with the Atlanta Falcons in 2008 and worked his way up to become their director of college scouting in 2019.

Robinson left for a promotion in Tennessee but wound up working less than two full years for the team. However, he lands in a great spot in Los Angeles who has become one of the best in terms of identifying talent in the draft and free agency.

The Rams appear to be all-in on a Super Bowl championship as they added talented players like Davante Adams in free agency while addressing other needs across the roster via the draft. Robinson will get a chance to see first-hand how well the franchise operates from top to bottom.

Rams release full schedule for 2025 season

In anticipation of the upcoming 2025 season, the Los Angeles Rams released their full schedule with a creative video featuring actress and well-known Rams fan Brenda Song.
