The Los Angeles Rams are the center of the NFL world after being crowned Super Bowl LVI champions this past February.
Head coach Sean McVay realized the franchise’s dream of bringing a title back to Los Angeles and he did with the help of Matthew Stafford, who the team went all-in on in a blockbuster deal. The McVay-Stafford partnership bore fruit in Year 1 and it is not crazy to imagine the duo will be even better in their second year together, especially with the roster in strong shape heading into the 2022 season.
The Rams have clearly been enjoying their time as champions as evidenced by their numerous public appearances as well as the team’s willingness to shell out for Hollywood-caliber trailer productions. The Tinseltown tour has not stopped as McVay and Stafford made appearances in a promotional video for the highly-anticipated ‘Top Gun: Maverick’ film set to release next week, via its Twitter account:

McVay is the star of the video, giving a speech as if he was talking to his own players about becoming the best of the best. Several athletes are shown through the 45-second spot, including Stafford who does not speak but is seen simulating a snap and pass on a field.
Any time a team wins, they will be given more spotlight and in this case, the Rams are making sure they bask in it until the new year begins. McVay and Stafford proved to be one of the best head coach-quarterback pairings in the NFL and it is hard to see them dropping off any time soon.
Until further notice, Los Angeles has to be considered the best of the best and it will be exciting to see them defend their crown.
