Compared to the 2018 season when they were one of the healthiest teams in the league, the Los Angeles Rams have been plagued by injuries so far in 2019.

As the Rams head to London to take on the win-less Cincinnati Bengals in Week 8, it appears they will be shorthanded once again. Aqib Talib and Clay Matthews will not be playing in the game, of course, but they are not the only Rams players that will miss the game.

According to Stu Jackson of TheRams.com, running back Malcolm Brown and linebacker Bryce Hager have also been ruled out while cornerback Troy Hill is questionable:

Rams RB Malcolm Brown (ankle) and LB Bryce Hager (shoulder) have been ruled OUT for Sunday's game against the Bengals in London.

CB Troy Hill (hamstring), who did not practice in practice Wednesday and Thursday but was a limited participant Friday, is considered questionable.

Brown will be missing his second straight game with an ankle injury after being unable to practice this week. The hope is that he will be able to return after the bye week, but in the meantime, rookie Darrell Henderson will continue to back up Todd Gurley.

This will mark Hager’s third missed game in the last four weeks due to his shoulder ailment that he suffered in Week 4 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It is unclear how serious the injury is, but with the bye week coming up, he may be in a similar situation to Brown.

Hill took over as the Rams’ starting cornerback opposite Jalen Ramsey after Talib went down. If Hill is unable to go, Darious Williams will start in his spot in Los Angeles’ banged-up secondary.
