Los Angeles Rams strength and conditioning coach Ted Rath made a name for himself during the postseason last year as he was head coach Sean McVay’s unofficial get-back coach, keeping McVay from going onto the field and drawing a penalty in crucial situations.
Rath was also in headlines for another reason though, one he had to have been less proud of as he was arrested and charged with three counts of misdemeanor sexual battery in January.
The Rams placed Rath on administrative leave with his trial set to get underway this summer, and that trial saw its conclusion this week. According to Lindsey Thiry of ESPN, Rath was able to avoid punishment as the jury found him not guilty on all three counts:

The Rams have not made any announcements in regard to Rath and what his future will be with the organization moving forward, but him being found innocent has to bode well for him getting his job back.
Aside from his duties on the field, Rath was also recognized in his primary vocation. He was named the Strength Coach of the Year after helping the Rams finish the 2017 campaign as the healthiest team in football.
Coming off a year in which they reached the Super Bowl before losing to the New England Patriots, the Rams will again have big aspirations in 2019 as they return much of the same roster.
