The weekly injury report for the Los Angeles Rams has been released and the team currently has five players listed, three of which did not practice on Thursday.
With the team set to head to San Francisco to take on the 49ers, here is the updated injury report (via TheRams.com), which includes rookie WR Pharoh Cooper:
Cooper is the biggest name on the list as he has been out with that shoulder injury for a little while now. With fellow wide receiver Nelson Spruce also not practicing, the Rams are down two receivers, but with the team keeping seven wide receivers on the 53-man roster, the Rams still have plenty.
Also of note who did not practice is cornerback E.J. Gaines. The Rams recently signed CB Steve Williams to add some depth to the secondary, but if Gaines fails to play, the team may have to rely on Williams immediately.
Rob Havenstein and Bryce Hager were both limited and while neither of them are expected to start, if someone were to get hurt the Rams would not be ing a great position if they didn’t have those guys available.
There are still a couple of days until the Rams officially take the field so it will be worth monitoring practice to see how these guys progress before Monday comes.
