While the starting quarterback scenario has yet to be settled, the Los Angeles Rams have moved forward with forming the right offensive unit.
The backfield is in the capable hands of Offensive Rookie of the Year Award winner Todd Gurley, while the receiving core seemed to show some potential heading into the 2016 season.
Behind the likes of Tavon Austin and Kenny Britt, the receiving core picked up the pieces left behind by the unfortunate circumstances regarding Stedman Bailey. However, with Britt yet to re-sign, the Rams took the next step.
Ian Rapoport of NFL.com has reported the return of a wide receiver who was drafted by the Rams 33rd overall in the 2012 draft:

The Appalachian State alumnus was thought to be the lengthy, deep threat the Rams were hoping for, but has underwhelmed in his four seasons. The 2015 season was his least impactful, collecting only 10 receptions for 102 yards.
The 2015 season was the first for Quick without a touchdown, despite appearing in 13 games. Quick has been victim to many injuries during his four-year career, including a shoulder injury that almost ended his career heading into the 2015 season.
The 27-year-old has displayed flashes of brilliance with the Rams and hopes to put it all together for a breakout 2016 season. Although it was uncertain whether or not he would return for the 2016 season, head coach Jeff Fisher ultimately elected to give Quick another season to prove if he belongs.
In four total NFL seasons, the South Carolina native has 64 receptions for 935 yards, with seven touchdowns and zero fumbles.
